INCOME LIMITS
Income restrictions are based on the total number of occupants in the apartment.
  • 1 Occupant - Gross Income of at least $15,925 and no more than $27,300
  • 2 Occupants - Gross Income of at least $18,200 and no more than $31,200
  • 3 Occupants - Gross Income of at least $20,475 and no more than $35,100
  • 4 Occupants - Gross Income of at least $22,715 and no more than $38,940
  • 5 Occupants - Gross Income of at least $24,535 and no more than $42,060
Gross income is calculated as income before taxes.

Income includes, but is not limited to, wages from employment, social security, pension, court ordered child support, unemployment, self-employment income (must be verified with previous tax return), and gift contributions (can only be equivalent of 35% of qualifying income).

These income limits were effective April 14, 2017 and are subject to change. The income limits are set by the HUD-State of Florida.
